Leasing


  • What is your pet policy?

    We have no breed or size restrictions! All furry friends are welcome 😊


    We ask for proof dogs or cats have been spayed or neutered.


    We charge a $25.00/month pet fee per pet.


    We have a one-time NON-REFUNDABLE $300 pet fee due prior to move-in per pet.


    We accept service animals and ESAs with all required paperwork. This will allow all pet requirements to be waived.


  • What is your application process?

    We have a $55.00 application fee. A refund will only be issued if we are never able to process your application. 


    All occupants over the age of 18 must apply


    We process in the order received. It takes about 3-5 business days once app processing begins.


    If you are approved, you will be sent a lease immediately. To secure the home, you must pay for 1st month’s rent, deposit, and any other applicable fees within 48 hours of being sent a lease. 


  • Where do I pay my water bill?

    Water is either included in your rent or it will be charged directly to your account with East Coast Management. Please do not make payments directly to your city or county. 


  • Do you offer any renter benefits?

    Yes! We partner with Second Nature. This allows us to offer resident benefit packages. These benefits range from renters’ insurance to furnace filter deliveries. View the website tab for specific information on this or reach out to us directly!

  • What do you require before moving in?

    A signed lease.


    Payment in certified funds for deposit, 1st month's rent, and any other applicable fees.


    Proof of utility takeover for your unit if required.


    Proof of active renters’ insurance for your rental unit.
