Danny Batkhan
Property Manager

Danny Batkhan is the founder of East Coast Management Company. As a real estate investor himself, he struggled to find a company that could meet his high standards of management, organization, and resident retention. In 2015 he started his own company with the goal of providing a superior level of service for both owners and residents. From there, Danny has grown the company to successfully service over 300 doors in the Baltimore Metro area. He is excited to continue helping clients grow their investments.
Katie Hocheder
Leasing Manager
She/Her
Katie is in charge of our Leasing Division, Keeping our units occupied and in compliance. She is dedicated to help prospective tenants find the right home, guide them through the leasing process, and make sure their move in experience is as pleasant as possible. She assists our current tenants with lease renewals, various compliance items, and move outs. Whatever challenges our current or prospective residents face, Katie is excited to help navigate through them. Like the rest of our team, she is committed to a high level of accountability and superior work standards. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, camping, cooking, learning about Sharks (Go Shark Week!), and spending time with her friends and family.
Shanice Bailey
Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer Shanice is here to ensure everything is operating as it should. Weather keeping on top on licensing, lead paint requirements, insurance related matters or leasing Shanice’s Get-It done attitude ensures we are always minimizing our clients liability and protecting their assets. When she is not busy providing us with this very essential support she enjoys going to the beach, and working out at the gym.
Carolina (Caro) Brenes
Maintenance Coordinator

Carolina (Goes by Caro) plays a crucial role both in protecting our clients assets and keeping our tenants homes clean, safe and comfortable.
She spends most of her day coordinating unit turns to ensure our vacancies are ready to fill quickly, handling maintenance emergencies, responding to tenant and vendor concerns and so much more (we probably couldn’t list it all if we tried!). Besides being an invaluable asset to our team Caro is also an animal lover; she has three cute dogs. She loves reading, going to the movies, and running.
Shanelle Bailey
Accounting Specialist

Shanelle is an invaluable team member who ensures our tenants, vendors and owners money goes where it is supposed to.
Weather she is working through a utility bill issue, or helping a tenant regarding payment related matters Shanelle approaches her work with enthusiasm and is always eager to help. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, cooking and challenging herself with a new recipe and binge watching a good series .
Deanna Corrodus
Leasing Sales Assistant

Deanna joined our Team in 2023 and became part of our ever expanding leasing operation. She works tirelessly to ensure
our prospective tenants are given prompt attention and guides them through our lease up process from start to finish. She also makes sure our leasing agents have what they need to provide our prospects, tenants and clients with a 5 star customer service experience.
Growing up in Jamaica being centered around tourism and hospitality, Deanna has come to appreciate being exposed to various cultures and experiences. As such she has grown to be a huge Foodie and also travels as much as she can in her spare time. Meeting new people and immersing in another country's culture and lifestyle brings her much joy. She is of course also a stickler for getting the job done well and applies herself as best as she can in all that she does, and most of all has a big soft spot for animals.
Candace (AKA Candalina) Critchlow

Candace joined our team in the Spring of 2024 as a Showing Agent. She spends her days hustling from one listing to another making sure our prospects are able to get in and view the homes they want in a timely fashion.
In line with our company mission, she enjoys finding solutions to various housing challenges our prospects face when shopping for a new rental home.
She prides herself on always keeping a strong grasp on all aspects of the property at hand and what programs our company can offer you if you are looking to get just a bit of extra help with a rental application post COVID! Candace utilizes her friendly personality and knowledge of the area to help prospects find their dream rentals. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
When she's not running around Baltimore, she's busy running our Facebook page making sure everyone knows about what's new and hot at ECMC!
