To activate this, you must login to your tenant portal and navigate to the Make a Payment section. There you should see an option to pay in Installments. Click more information to get this set up with your AppFolio account. More information on this product below.

Things to keep in mind if you are interested in this product:

• There is a fee associated with using this service.
• You must be current on your rent to be eligible when you go to sign-up.
• If there is a history of late payments on your account, it’s possible they will deny you from using Best Egg.
• If no bill has posted on your account yet, you won’t be eligible to sign up for Best Egg until a bill posts.
